Security Policy

Our booking engine, SuperINN.com uses a VeriSign Extended Validation SSL which gives Web site visitors an easy and reliable way to establish trust online. Only SSL Certificates with Extended Validation (EV) will trigger high security Web browsers to display a green address bar with the name of the organization that owns the SSL Certificate and the name of the Certificate Authority that issued it. The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.

Refund/Cancellation Policies

Reservations at The Hedges Inn require a 50% deposit of the total charges to secure accommodations. Unfortunately we are unable to hold rooms without a paid deposit.

For one night reservations the entire balance is due at the time of booking. On reservations for two nights or more full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations of two nights or more made within 60 days prior to the arrival date the deposit will be fully refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the room charges for the entire stay reserved.

Cancellations of two nights or more made within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation.

Special Event reservations of the entire inn require 50% deposit 120 days in advance and full payment 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations prior to 90 days of the event will be charged 10% of the total stay. Cancellations made after 90 days 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days are completely non-refundable.

Balance will be due in full 60 days prior to the event stay and will be upon receipt nonrefundable for any cancellation.
